Michael ArnoldDallas Newmann

Ms. Neumann is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, and holds a bachelor's degree in Criminology with an emphasis in law enforcement. Ms. Neumann participated in intercollegiate athletics, representing the Bulldogs in the heptathlon and pole vault. Ms. Neumann graduated from San Joaquin College of Law in 2006.

Ms. Neumann is very involved in our community. She is a founding member of La Visionaria Guild of Children's Hospital Central California, an organization devoted to advocating for children, fundraising and promoting goodwill for Children's Hospital. She has served on the executive board of La Visionaria for the past three years and was volunteer of the year in 2010. She also serves as a board member for "Spirit of Woman," a residential facility for women and children battling drug or alcohol addictions with a primary focus on rehabilitation. Ms. Neumann is an alumnae Executive Board Member for Phi Mu Sorority, serving on the advisory board. Ms. Neumann also serves as a board member of Fresno County Women Lawyers.

Ms. Neumann has competed in and completed two full marathons and one half marathon. Ms. Neumann draws on her drive and competitive personality when she is in court representing the interests of our clients.

Ms. Neumann has practiced in the areas of juvenile dependency both in Madera and Fresno Counties since her admission to the bar. However, for the past two years Ms. Neumann has primarily practiced in the area of family law.
